It is the mission of NGS CoreSource to provide each client - plan sponsor with the benefit delivery system that best suits their needs balancing employee good will and cost control.

We believe we accomplish our mission through our strong commitment to customer servicing, the development of technical tools to support the mission and our proactive involvement in the employee benefit field.




Our Staff...

The consistent delivery of a quality product has sustained our outstanding reputation in the benefit administration field. As a service company, we recognize that our success is a direct result of the commitment and quality of the NGS staff.

Recruitment, training and retention functions at NGS have been devised with the objective of attracting and retaining the finest benefits personnel. Each position opening at NGS requires testing as well as interviewing, even basic entry level jobs. Positions such as benefit analyst and account manager require such extensive testing that typically three to four sessions are necessary. Supportive strategy to maintain and enhance the caliber of staff includes:

  • Communication of corporate culture. Providing a clear vision of company direction involves the staff in the excitement of the process and encourages participatory innovation.
  • Annual anniversary reviews. Personal goals for each individual staff member are developed through our appraisal system which is also based on metrics and goal setting. Early identification of talents and strengths with appropriate utilization and reward is stressed.
  • Benefit programs. Our own self-funded medical, dental and disability programs are provided to all employees as well as life, long term disability, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, disease management, and EAP services.
  • Educational and training opportunities. Upon hire, benefit analysts must successfully complete a six-week training program. A full time trainer conducts the training sessions classroom style. Topics covered in training include group health plan funding alternatives, TPA responsibilities, ERISA requirements, COBRA, coordination of benefits, Medicare and other governmental programs, subrogation and claim processing resources. All staff members are provided the opportunity to participate in the AHIP educational program sponsored by the company. A tuition reimbursement plan is offered as well for other industry programs and college level course work.
