  NGS Announces... 'The Eligibility Services Department'
NGS American is pleased to announce a reorganization of several departments that you know today as 'Enrollment & Eligibility', 'COBRA', 'Retiree Billing' and 'IES' (Integrated Eligibility Services). Instead of all these different department names, the newly unified area will be known as 'The Eligibility Services Department'. This team of specialists will provide clients assistance with all of their eligibility, enrollment, COBRA and any other related needs by calling one phone number.

In our continuing efforts to enhance and improve our customer servicing to you, we have designated some members of The Eligibility Services Department to handle all incoming calls. Customer Service Representatives can assist you with any eligibility, COBRA or other questions. They can also assist with any vendor updates that are needed on an urgent basis. Other members of The Eligibility Services Department will be responsible for handling any special eligibility maintenance or investigations as well as ID card requests and audits.

We recognize that many of you have formed a strong relationship with your eligibility analyst. Therefore, if you wish to speak with a specific person, simply ask for them by name or dial their direct number.
