Just three reasons to consider NGS for your flexible spending account administration! NGS offers health care and dependent care reimbursement account administration, which coordinates with other NGS services, including eligibility administration, medical/dental claims processing and COBRA administration.
Automatic Claim Submission
NGS clients may elect to have unpaid medical and dental expenses resulting from deductible, co-payments, or non-covered items submitted directly to employees' health care spending accounts. This feature minimizes reimbursement delays and reduces paperwork.
Debit Card Availability
As an added feature to our FSA administration, NGS offers a debit MasterCard, making it easier for employees to access FSA money. The debit card can be used to pay for qualified expenses not covered by the health plan. With NGS, this process can be integrated with the medical and prescription plan, reducing the need for substantiation of claims.
Direct Deposit
NGS also offers direct deposit of FSA reimbursements. This feature reduces the time between claim submission and reimbursement. It also saves employees a trip to the bank!
Web Access
Participants have 24/7 web access to FSA election amounts, year-to-date contributions and year-to-date reimbursements.
Quarterly Statements
On a quarterly basis, employees will receive an account statement, which includes: beginning and ending balances, contributions during the current reporting period, current eligible expenses, and claims processed during the reporting period.
Employee Communications
NGS is prepared to assist plan sponsors with all aspects of employee communications related to flexible spending account plans. This includes newsletters, workbooks, decision guides, payroll stuffers, summary plan descriptions, etc.
NGS flex services range from spending account administration only, to employee communications, to complete enrollment administration. We can provide as much - or as little - support as needed.
